Piatto tipico Piemontese a base di panna, acciughe e aglio con vari tipi di verdure cotte e crude di stagione
Raclette
Formaggio unico di nome "Raclette" sciolto su patate locali con insaccati e verdure in agrodolce
Pierrade
Carne di manzo, maiale, tacchino e selvaggina cotta direttamente su pietra lavica con verdure, patate locali e salse maison
Tartiflette
Sformato di patate tagliate a fette con formaggio locale, pancetta e cipolle al forno

Расплавленный сыр «раклет», подается с ветчиной, картофелем в мундире и маринованными овощами
Пьеррад
4 вида мяса (говядина, свинина, индейка, дичь), которые поджариваются на раскалённом вулканическом камне прямо на Вашем столе, подаются с овощами, картофелем и соусами нашего приготовления
Тартифлет
